1. Do not dry workout clothes directly under sunlight.

Drying workout clothes directly under harsh sunlight can cause clothes to fade quickly. In addition, direct sunlight can cause the fabric fibers to break, causing the clothes to lose their shape and the fabric surface to appear many annoying, unsightly patches.

2. Do not wring hard when washing.

Gym clothes naturally dry faster than regular clothes, so you should not wring them too hard to avoid creating wrinkles on the fabric surface. It is best to shake them lightly after washing and hang them indoors to let them dry naturally.

3. Do not use a dry iron with too high a temperature
